A unique look at the work of Dr Seuss and the parallels drawn between many of the stories and the Christian faith. Robert Short argues that Seuss was a first-class Christian thinker and explores many of the well-known stories including Green Eggs and Ham, Horton Hears a Who and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Short claims that when he first became acquainted with the Seuss books he was struck by the many parallels he saw between the work and what is said in the Bible and by the Christian faith. He originally considered these to be merely happy accidents, but now considers them to be much more.
