World Service is my favourite Delirious? album (if having a favourite Delirious? album is possible!). They just keep getting better & better. This album is jam-packed with what they do best - songs that are pure rock \'n\' roll and yet are so worshipful and full of faith. I haven\'t stopped listening to it all year, and everyone I\'ve played it to agrees with me! If I had my way I\'d buy 20 copies and give them to my family for Christmas! What has made this album particular special though is the fact that I saw Delirious live for the first time this year even though I\'ve enjoyed their music for the last 7 years! My hubby, his brother, his cousin & his wife, and I went along to the Grassrootz festival in Tunbridge Wells. It prehaps wasn\'t the best gig ever but this meant we were only keener to do them justice. So we saw them for a 2nd time at the Cambridge Corn Exchange as part of the official World Service tour. Well they certainly did themselves full justice as it was an amazing evening. It was a sold-out audience and we were treated to a gig totally sold-out on Jesus! Mountain\'s High was particularly moving. Anyway guess what? That\'s not the last time we\'re seeing them this year either! £12 seems so little, for such music is priceless. There\'s only one other thing I will say is that its a good job we love this CD so much that it stays in our CD player because this limited edition case while being a great, arty design, it\'s a real pain to open and close!! by Abigail Kruger, fan, housewife and generation X-er! P.S. Rant about t-shirt sizes: I realise you have to keep an eye on production costs but why do you class a size 14 as extra-large!? Does a teenage girl who is a size 16 succumb to the pressure all around her to diet when she can’t even buy a Delirious? t-shirt? Are you ashamed to have larger women wearing your t-shirts? Are we not all fearfully and wonderfully made by God? I really would like to know, thank you. WEBMASTER.
