GENERAL CONDITIONS |

- To use PuraShop.com you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 you may use this site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- By using PuraShop.com you agree that email can be used as the means of communication, therefore you consent to receiving communications from us electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
- Please ensure that the details provided by you are correct. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change of address, email or telephone number, and for you to ensure that these are always up-to-date in your account. We will normally contact customers by email, so please ensure that your email address is current and valid.
- When you order you agree that the products are for the personal use of you and your party only, and will not be resold or transferred.
- When you order tickets from us you agree to be bound by our Ticket Terms and Conditions as posted on the PuraShop and PuraTickets sites.
- When you place an order to purchase product from PuraShop.com, you will receive an email confirming receipt of said order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send the despatch confirmation email. This acceptance is complete at the time of the dispatch confirmation email; any products on the same order not included in the despatch confirmation email do not form part of that contract.
- Payment will be taken from your card at the point that you place your order. A full refund will be made at your request if we are unable to supply the goods within a period of time acceptable to you.
- We hold over 2000 lines in store, which are available for immediate shipment to you, to arrive in 2-3 working days in the UK. Items that we do not hold in stock will be ordered for you immediately from our suppliers, and we aim to get these to you in 5-6 working days. If your item will be delayed longer, we will contact you by email to let you know when you might receive it.
- Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are unable to supply dates for our suppliers to get items in stock.
- The period stated within which you will receive your goods is approximate.
- In the lead up to Christmas you will need to allow up to an additional 5 days for shipping to all destinations.
- Items delivered to overseas addresses may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
- We try to ensure that all pricing and information on our products is correct, however errors may occur. It is our policy that the price listed on the site at the time of purchase will be the valid price. If you have a query on the price shown please contact us before placing your order.
- Registered users of this website are able to submit reviews on products as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory or injurious to third parties.
- Reviews that are submitted may be published and displayed for as long as we deem appropriate and may be syndicated to other PuraShop.com sites and publications.
- You agree to allow PuraShop.com and its affiliates a non-exclusive and royalty free world wide license to use or edit any reviews posted by you. We reserve the right to publish, edit or remove any reviews without notifying you.
- The compilation, content and software included on this website are the exclusive property of PuraShop.com and its affiliates and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws. You are not entitled to extract or re use any parts, content or data without written consent from PuraShop.com

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS |

- You may cancel or change your order before it has been dispatched. Please telephone us immediately on 0845 094 4414 or send your request by email to CustomerService@PuraShop.com quoting your name, address and order reference. Please note that orders are regularly dispatched on the day they are received and if you are too late to cancel or change the order then the normal returns and refunds policies will apply.
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the initial delivery.
- Products can only be returned if the seal is unbroken (unless product is faulty) and clothing should be returned in its original packing and have only been tried on, not worn out.
- PuraShop.com can take no responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
- If a product is faulty then we will refund the return postage cost in the form of a discount coupon, it must be specified in the returns form if you require this.
- To exchange items for a product of a different value if the new value is greater then we will require your card details to be put on the form, if less then the amount will be refunded in the form of a discount coupon.
- If the product is not faulty and a refund is requested then we reserve the right to offer this in discount coupons rather than a bank refund if deemed appropriate.
- If products are despatched and then returned to us as “addressee unknown”, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and suspend or terminate your access to PuraShop.com immediately and without notice if you fail to make any payment when due; you breach the terms of this agreement; you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you when requested; we suspect you have been, are or about to be engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity on PuraShop.com

LIABILITY |

- PuraShop.com does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of products.
- We will do our best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as possible once notified.
- If you receive goods which are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 7 days.
- PuraShop.com will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
- We shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures or faults in their networks and equipment.
- We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and these conditions. You will be subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time of your use of the website.
- We are always trying to improve on our shop and as such we reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions when necessary. We will notify you of any prominent changes we feel you need to be pro-actively made aware of.
- These terms are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of England.
